Do we pay for every person?
No. Everyone on your team is included on every plan. Plans differ in how much work it does for you each month and how much storage you get.
How does the trial work?
Pick any plan and every part of the product is unlocked for 14 days, with a trial allowance of AI usage. You add card details at checkout so the subscription can start on its own; nothing is charged until day 14, and cancelling before then costs you nothing.
Is there a free plan?
No. There are four paid plans and every one runs the whole system — they differ only in how much work it does for you each month. The 14-day trial is how you try it without paying.
We're on ClickUp. How hard is it to move?
You can import your ClickUp tasks, assignees and time entries into projects. For everything else, drop in the spreadsheets and documents you already have and it proposes your clients, team, projects and rates for you to review.
We're on Slack too. What comes across?
Your message history stays in Slack; teams usually start fresh in channels that mirror the ones they have. Tools that post plain text messages to Slack through an incoming webhook, like deploy or monitoring alerts, can post to a channel here instead.
Do we have to use all of it?
No. Start with what hurts most — projects and chat for most teams — and turn to the rest when you need it. It's all included either way.
Does money move through it?
No. You pay and get paid through your own bank. It drafts invoices, prepares reminders, reads your statements and posts them to your books after you preview them.
What does the AI actually do, and can it change things on its own?
It drafts proposals and documents, writes up check-ins and client discovery chats, reads statements and answers questions about your business. When you ask the Operator to change something, it shows you exactly what it will do and waits for you to confirm. AI usage is included in every plan.
Do our clients need an account?
No. You invite them by email, and the link opens their project portal with no password to set. They accept deliveries, request changes and see invoices there.
Is our data safe?
Every workspace is kept separate, and every request checks that you belong to it. Owners and admins choose which areas each member can open, and you can require an authenticator code for sensitive areas like accounting.
Does it work on phones?
The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon, covering your work and timer, daily check-ins, team chat, time off and the Operator. Today it runs in any browser and as Mac and Windows apps.
